Introduction

Welcome to DOOM PANEL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DOOM PANEL and any sub-platforms created through it (including all child panels). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Overview of Services

DOOM PANEL provides a SaaS infrastructure that allows users to create child panels which can send targeted emails to cryptocurrency wallet users. These child panels include SMTP support, email logging, invoice generation, automatic billing, and access to an SMTP marketplace for transactional mail.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing your panel, your users, and any SMTP configurations tied to your panel.
  • You must not impersonate another panel, smtp listing, or institution without authorization.
  • You are solely responsible for any content emailed via your child panel or SMTP integration.

API Key Generation Terms

We provide API keys to eligible child panels for programmatic access and integration. However, issuing API keys is strictly at the discretion of DOOM PANEL admins based on the following conditions:

  • The panel must have a verified domain, a valid user base, and passed all integrity checks.
  • Any panel found attempting to bypass limits, spoof headers, or automate abuse will have its API key revoked immediately.
  • All API keys are monitored. If suspicious traffic is noticed (e.g. high request velocity, unauthorized endpoints), we may suspend the key without notice.

Important: Generating an API key does not give unlimited access or permanent rights to platform services. It is a privilege based on trust and performance.

SMTP Marketplace Listing Terms

DOOM PANEL includes a curated SMTP marketplace where verified sellers can offer transactional SMTPs to panel owners. Listing an SMTP for sale or distribution requires strict vetting.

Seller Requirements

  • Your account must be verified with a valid identity information.
  • You must provide documentation of SMTP origin and infrastructure used.
  • DOOM PANEL has the full right to reject or delist an SMTP without reason if it deems it unreliable or dangerous to reputation.

Trust Policy

We will only generate listing keys for SMTP sellers we fully trust. This means internal testing must be passed, previous sales must be proven legitimate, and there must be no red flags from any admin review.

Suspension Reasons

  • Blacklisted IP addresses affecting delivery of other users
  • Manipulation of SMTP logs or headers
  • Failure to deliver after purchase

If suspended, sellers may appeal by submitting an internal ticket with evidence and testing credentials.

Important: By accepting the SMTP Marketplace terms, you consent to the disclosure of your identity information if you're involved in any confirmed fraudulent activity.

Invoicing, Auto-Billing & Suspension

  • Each panel is billed monthly based on the volume of emails sent during the previous billing cycle.
  • If a panel fails to pay its invoice within the 24 Hours grace period, it may be suspended.
  • Resuming service requires full payment of outstanding invoices.

All amounts are final and non-refundable once a mail cycle has been executed.

Intellectual Property

DOOM PANEL and its associated codebase, designs, branding, and systems are the sole property of DOOM PANEL and its developers. Child panels do not own the underlying software but are licensed to use it under these Terms.

Acceptable Use

  • You must not create your panel to scam or deceive users.
  • Any panel used for harmful or disruptive activity that doesn't respect our terms will be suspended without refund or warning.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DOOM PANEL is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee delivery success, SMTP compatibility, or financial outcomes. You use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOOM PANEL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, including email losses, SMTP bans, revenue loss, or panel downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access or your panel at any time for violations of these Terms or for activities deemed harmful to the network.
